The Service-Based Scope 1 Refrigerant Emissions report, located under Analytics > Sustainability > Service-Based Scope 1 Refrigerant Emissions, helps system owners quantify and disclose the direct greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions produced by their inventory. Using tracked service activity, it estimates Scope 1 refrigerant emissions from your HVAC/R systems, reflecting gas added during leak repairs and initial charges, with results organized by service event, asset, and location.
Users can refine results with filters such as Year, Region/Division, Location, State, Applicable Regulation, and Asset Type, while a dynamic Total Leaked Emissions (lbs CO2e) visual updates based on filter selections and a GWP Value selector applies AR4, AR5, or AR6 conversion factors. The report spans multiple views: Service-Based Emissions by individual service event, Asset-Level Emissions capturing annual leak activity by asset, and Emissions by Location, which ranks locations from highest to lowest with a bar chart and exportable data in both lbs CO2e and MtCO2e.
