Overview
- This report is designed to be a comprehensive listing of most service events associated with refrigerant containing mechanical equipment (cooling appliances).
- The report is not limited to any date range
- This report excludes service event type Leak Monitor Calibration. For information on Leak Monitor Calibration, users can refer to the ALDS Only Service Event Transaction Report
- This report includes a summary of material transfers recorded during the service event.
- The report first builds a list of all non-leak inspection service events performed on an appliance.
- The report then builds a list of all leak inspections performed on an appliance.
- These records are then listed in the table shown on the report.
Calculation Methodology

- Service Date: Service Date recorded on the Service Event
- Recover Gas Amount: Summary of amount of refrigerant (lbs) recovered during service event
- Install Gas Amount: Summary of amount of refrigerant (lbs) installed during service event
- Net Gas Added: the Install Gas Amount less Recover Gas Amount during service event

- Update Date: date (UTC) service event last updated
- Update Time: time (UTC) service event last updated
-
Service Event Status: status of service event at time of export
- Closed - status of complete service event when work order status is Closed
-
Work Complete - status of service event when user selects Complete on service, and work order status is Open
- All Service Event validations must be met in order for status to update to Work Complete
-
Open - status of service event when user selects Save for Later on service, and work order status is Open
- This status may signal Service Event validations are missing
- Using the 'Save For Later' option does not finalize the service event; it simply saves your progress without recording any material transfers or related activities. As a result, the service event remains in an incomplete status until it is fully completed.
