The Chronically Leaking Appliance Report is a regulatory report designed to identify refrigerant-containing appliances that exceed the EPA Section 608 threshold by leaking 125% or more of their full refrigerant charge within a calendar year.
This report enables system owners to monitor and manage assets with critical leak rates, using the Calendar Year Leak Rate (CYLR) metric to highlight appliances with significant refrigerant loss. Appliances identified in this report may require submission of the official Chronically Leaking 608 report to the EPA by March 1st of the following year to maintain regulatory compliance.
Users can filter results by year, location, state, region/division, system type, system status, system capacity, Global Warming Potential (GWP), and leak rate (CYLR). The report can be exported for further review, tracking, and documentation.
