The Location export is an export feature that allows users to download Location data from an account for use in reporting. The Location export can assist system owners with managing their Service Locations, Technician Trucks and Wholesalers/Suppliers. Locations can be managed by region/division, state, status, active asset (count), or any of the other available fields.
Overview:
- Export format is .csv
- Export includes 40+ columns of data associated with Location
- Export reflects any filters applied in application on the Location page
- Export reflects user level location permissions
Calculation Methodology
- Active System Count: is a total of Mechanical Equipment assets, such as Refrigeration or Comfort Cooling, with status Active.
- General Inventory, such as Leak Monitoring Devices, that are in status Active are not included in this system count
