The Location Detail page is the main page for a location within an account. From this page, a user can view inventory, registration, work order, and service event data that is tied to the location.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Location # - the unique Trakref ID assigned to a location at creation.
B. Location Name - this is the location name assigned by the owner at creation.
C. Location Status - the status of the location.
- Operational - a location that is currently in operation and may have active inventory on site.
- Deactivated - a location is this no longer active and does not have any active inventory on site.
D. Edit - if edits need to be made to a location after creation, the Edit button allows users with appropriate permissions the option to make and save updates.
E. Location Details - This section displays some of the important location details entered during setup. This section includes details such as Location Name, Location Type, Classification, and Region/Division
F. Location Actions - This section contains options that allow users to complete actions related to a location, including Create Inventory, Add Location Registration, or Deactivate Location.
- Options available in this section are based on user permissions, so one user's view may look different from another user's view.
G. Expand Location Details - To view all location details available, a user can select to Expand Location Details for a full view of location details available in Trakref, including Address, Operation Date, Square footage, and Location GWP information.
H. Location Work Activity - This section contains Service Provider access, Inventory, Work Order and Service Event activity tied to the location, and supplemental location details associated with Location Actions, including as Registrations, Aliases, and Sublocations.
