Global Search in TR4 helps you quickly find service records and inventory from anywhere in the system. With our latest update, we’ve improved how search results are displayed to give you more visibility and easier navigation.
What's New?
- Dedicated Search Results Page
- Previously, search results appeared in a small overlay window. Now, results open on a full page, giving you more space to view and browse matches.
- Easy Navigation Across Attributes
- At the top of the results page, you'll now see tabs for:
- Work Orders
- Locations*
- Inventory
- Service Events
- Click any tab to view results for that attribute
- At the top of the results page, you'll now see tabs for:
- Result Counts by Attribute
- When results are available for an attribute, a blue circle with a number will appear on that tab—so you can quickly see where matches were found.
- Enhanced Viewing Experience
- The new layout provides a more organized and accessible way to review what’s available
These updates don’t change how search works—you’ll still receive the same results you’re used to, just in a more user-friendly layout.
