TR4 is equipped with a new Global Search feature that allows users to search for Work Orders, Locations, Service Events, or Inventory from any screen in Trakref.
Global Search allows users to search across Work Orders, Service Events, Locations, or Inventory all in one place. This feature is available throughout TR4, and can be used regardless of which page the user is currently working.
Global Search quickly searches across Work Orders, Service Events, Locations, and Inventory for the criteria inputted in the search bar. As criteria is updated, a list of matching results will appear:
Search is instantaneous and as values are added to the Search criteria, results will load that match the search criteria currently entered. As more values are added, search results will narrow.
To open a search result, simply select the item from the search results list.
