The Inventory Detail page is the main page for an inventory item. From this page, a user can view or update inventory details (permission specific), review service history for the inventory.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Inventory # - the unique Trakref Inventory # assigned to a piece of inventory at creation. This is a number specific to Trakref and is not the same as Tag Number or Serial Number entered by user at the time of inventory creation
B. Inventory Status - the operational status of the inventory.
C. Edit - If edits need to be made to a an inventory item after creation, this button redirects users to the Edit Inventory workflow. The option to Edit inventory is limited to specific permission groups, and may not be visible to every user.
D. Inventory Details - This section contains information related to the inventory. Information entered during inventory creation will appear here.
E. Additional Inventory Details - Select the down arrow in the Inventory Details section to expand the details to see additional information related to this inventory item.
F. Service and Work Activity - This section contains Service Event data, Material Transfers, and Movement details related to the piece of inventory.
