The Inventory export allows users to download Inventory data from an account for use in reporting. The Inventory export can assist system owners with managing their refrigerant inventory. Inventory can be managed by region/division, location, status, material type, system type, operational status, or any of the other available fields.

- Export reflects any filters applied in application on the Inventory page
- Export reflects user level location permissions
- Scale Weight, Tare Weight, Appliance Charge, Appliance Capacity Display unit based on user weight unit selection (Kg or Lbs)
Calculation Methodology
- Scale Weight: Cylinder Current Gas Weight (kg or lbs) less Cylinder Tare Weight (kg or lbs):
- Scale Weight Greater than or equal to 0.
- Scale Weight and Tare Weight are exclusively applicable to Cylinder type items.
- EPA Leak Rate: Calculated Leak Rate of Cooling Appliance based on Leak Rate Calculation Type
- EPA Method 1 Annualized - Since Last Service Event
- EPA Method 2 Rolling Pounds Added
- EPA Rolling Pounds Added Classic
- Calendar Year Leak Rate: Calculated as the net gas installed (excluding Initial Charge) added divided by the asset capacity multiply by 100, during the course of the current year.
- System GWP: System GWP: Cooling Appliance Current Gas Weight (lbs) / 2204.62 * GWP of Material Type of Cooling Appliance
- Install Date: Install date of Asset.
- Acquisition Date: Acquisition date of Asset.
- Shutdown Date: Shutdown date of Asset.
