After saving a service event, the service event can be reviewed and updated by navigating to the Service Event detail page. The Service Event detail page can be accessed by selecting a Service Event ID from Service Event List, or by selecting the option View Service Event after successfully creating a service record.
The Service Event detail page includes each section of the Service Event workflow with Status Tags listed at the top to highlight key information from the section.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Service Event Type - Trakref offers several types of Service Events and each type of Service Event collects information specific to the service performed. For more information on Service Event types, read the Trakref article What is a Service Event?
B. Operational Status - the operational status of the system worked on.
C. Delete - a service event can be deleted if it was created in error. If you do not see the delete icon and need assistance deleting a service event, contact the support team.

E. Status of system - identifies the Asset Status of the system worked on.
F. Leak Tag - identifies the results of the Repair Details question Was a Leak Found?
- Yes --> Leak Found
- No --> No Leak Found
G. Results of Initial Verification Test - identifies the results of the Initial Verification Test leak test results
H. Leak Repair Status - identifies the status of the leak repair as selected in the Follow Up Leak Verification Service portion of the service event detail.
I. Recovered Gas - details gas recovery documented during service. Includes Cylinder Name, Transfer Amount, Cylinder Notes and Transfer Notes.
J. Installed Gas - details gas installation documented during service. Includes Cylinder Name, Transfer Amount, Cylinder Notes and Transfer Notes.
