Users working in a Customer account can navigate to the Service Event List to find existing and create new Service Events. The Service Event List can be found by selecting the Service Events option from the left side menu.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Service Events - select the Service Events option from the left side menu to navigate to the Service Event List
B. Service Event List - the Service Event List page includes options for users to create new work orders and service events (C) and search existing service events (D and G)
C. Create Work Order and Service Event + - select this button to create a new work order and then add service.
D. + Add Filter - filters can be applied using the + Add Filter option.
- Selecting this option will open a dropdown with fields available to apply filter, such as: Service Event ID, Work Order ID, Location, Status, or Asset Name.
- Applied filters will appear to the left of the + Add Filter option
- To remove a single filter, select the X displayed on the right of the filter applied
- To remove all filters, select the Clear Filters displayed to the right of the + Add Filter option
E. Export Service Events - select the icon to download service events to .csv file
F. Choose Columns - select the wrench icon beneath the Create button to add or remove service event details to customize your view.
G. Additional Filter Options - additional filters can be applied using the open text box located at the top of columns visible in the Work Order List display.
- Only columns with the word Filter displayed beneath the header can be filtered
- Applied filters will appear to the left of the + Add Filter option
- To remove a single filter, select the X displayed on the right of the filter applied
- To remove all filters, select the Clear Filters displayed to the right of the + Add Filter option
H. Service Event ID - the unique Trakref Event # assigned to a service event at creation. Select the Service Event ID and user is redirected to the Service Event Detail page.
I. Location - the location where work order is assigned. Select the Location and user is redirected to the Location Detail page.
J. Work Order ID - the unique Trakref ID / Trakref Work Order # assigned to a work order at work order creation. Select the Work Order ID and user is redirected to the Work Order Detail page
K. Navigate - the Service Event List only includes 10 results. To browse between pages, select < or >
