1. To add a service event to an existing work order, you must first navigate to the Work Order Detail page of an Open work order. This can be done using the Work Order List page, or Global Search.
2. To record a Site Leak Inspection, on the Work Order Detail page locate the Add Site Leak Inspection option. This is located immediately to the right of the work order details.
3. Select Add Site Leak Inspection
4. User is redirected to the Site Leak Inspection workflow page
5. Complete the fields in the top of the form under Inspection Details
Inspection Date – Choose the date of the inspection.
Leak Inspection Method – select the type of leak detection device used by technician
Primary Technician – select the primary technician from the dropdown list
6. Continue to the Filters, where you can apply filters based on systems included in the Inspection
7. By Default, the Site Leak Inspection Form will display all systems with charge capacity greater than 0 lbs. To modify the selection, use the System Type or Minimum Charge Capacity filters to narrow or expand your system selection

Process Cooling – includes systems with System Type Process Cooling
Refrigeration – includes systems with System Type Refrigeration

Filters for systems with charge capacity greater than the value provided
8. Select Systems to include in the inspection

Select All - use this to check all the systems showing based on the filters
Users can also individually check systems by selecting the blank box to the left of the system
Systems that are Under Repair cannot be selected. If an under repair system was included in the inspection, you will

Deselect All - use this to uncheck all systems selected.
Users can also individually uncheck systems by selecting the box to the left of the system to remove the check

Mark Selected as No Leak - use this to mark all selected systems as having no leak during the time of the inspection
A minimum of 1 system must be checked from the Systems list for this button to be visible, so if you don’t see this button verify that you have checked a system
9. Once a system is checked, an additional question will appear below asking to confirm Was Leak Found? on that system.
- Select No if the system was found to be leak free during the site inspection.
- Select Yes if the system was found to be leaking during the site inspection.
10. If the answer to Was Leak Found? is Yes, additional fields will appear collect information on date leak found, leak location, and cause of leak
- When a leak is found during an inspection, a second service event documenting the leak repair must be recorded. For additional information, see the guide Record Service Type Service or Leak Repair in TR4
If more than 1 leak is identified on a system, it is recommended each leak location on an appliance is recorded as a separate leak ticket.
11. Continue through the system list and check each system included in the Site Leak Inspection and answer the required field(s) related to results of the inspection.
12. Once all systems are selected and results are recorded, return to the top of the form, and locate the SAVE button.
13. Select SAVE to complete the Site Leak Inspection
14. Window will appear confirming Leak Inspection successfully created
15. Once Site Leak Inspection is created, from the popup window user can navigate back to the Work Order Detail page for the work order by selecting VIEW WORK ORDER or the X in the top right corner.
