The Work Order Detail page is the main page for a single work order. From this page, a user can update work order details, add service records, and review existing service record data.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Work Order # - the unique Trakref ID / Trakref Work Order # assigned to a work order at work order creation. This is a number specific to Trakref and is not the same as the Work Order Number entered by user at the time of work order creation
B. Work Order Type - this is selected as either Trouble / Problem Ticket or Scheduled Maintenance during work order creation
C. Work Order Status - the status of the work order. An Open work order can be updated and service records can be added or updated. A Closed work order can not be updated and service records can not be added or updated to a closed work order.
D. Edit - If edits need to be made to a work order after creation, this button redirects user to the Edit Work Order workflow where they can complete necessary changes.
E. Create Service Event - Select this button to add a service event to the work order. This will redirect users to the Create Service Event workflow, where user can select from a full list of available Service Event types.
F. Work Order Details - This section contains the information related to date, customer location, priority, and description. Information entered during work order creation will appear here. If any information in this section needs to be updated/changed, select the EDIT (D) button to edit the work order details.
G. Work Order Actions - This section contains options that allow users to update the work order using the Assign or Close Work Order action, or add special service event types like Site Leak Inspection.
- Options available in this section are based on user permissions, so one user's view may look different from another user's view.
- Work order status determines the Actions view and, for instance, when a work order is Closed, the actions window is not visible.
H. Service and Work Activity - This section contains Service Event data, Labor Summary, Documents, and Work Activity details.
