Users working in a Customer account can navigate to the Work Order List to find existing and create new work orders. The Work Order List can be found by selecting the Work Orders option from the left side menu.
Views and options displayed may vary slightly depending on user permission level.
A. Work Orders - select the Work Orders option from the left side menu to navigate to the Work Order List
B. Work Order List - the Work Order List page includes options for users to create new work orders (C) and search existing work orders (D and E)
C. Create Work Order + - select this button to create a new work order.
D. + Add Filter - filters can be applied using the + Add Filter option.
- Selecting this option will open a dropdown with fields available to apply filter, such as: Work Order ID, Location, Status, or Servicer.
- Applied filters will appear to the left of the + Add Filter option
- To remove a single filter, select the X displayed on the right of the filter applied
- To remove all filters, select Clear Filters displayed to the right of the + Add Filter option
E. Additional Filter Options - additional filters can be applied using the open text box located at the top of columns visible in the Work Order List display.
- Only columns with the word Filter displayed beneath the header can be filtered by text
- Applied filters will appear to the left of the + Add Filter option
- To remove a single filter, select the X displayed on the right of the filter applied
- To remove all filters, select Clear Filters displayed to the right of the + Add Filter option
F. Work Order ID - the unique Trakref ID / Trakref Work Order # assigned to a work order at work order creation. Select the Work Order ID and user is redirected to the Work Order Detail page
G. Location - the location where work order is assigned. Select the Location and user is redirected to the Location Detail page.
H. Navigate - the Work Order List only includes 10 results. To browse between pages, select < or >
