1. Log Into TR4
2. For Servicer Providers, it is important to first navigate to the appropriate client account using the account drop down located in the top right corner.
3. From your dashboard screen click on Word Orders from the sidebar menu to navigate to the Work Order List page.
4. From the Work Orders page, near the top right corner click on Create Work Order + button
5. On the Create Work Order page, complete the form provided by filling in the Work Order Information fields

Work Order Type – there are 2 types of Work Orders and Work Order Information fields differ slightly depending on the Work Order Type
- Scheduled Maintenance – this is for work scheduled in advance, like a leak inspection, retrofit, startup or shutdown.
- Trouble / Problem Ticket – this is for reactionary work or general service calls.
- Work Order Number – this is the client PO/WO number.
- Purchase Order Number – additional field available to document customer or servicer reference number
- Location – this is the client's location where work was performed.

Service Company – this is the company that completed the work on the service events.
- Clients can pick from different service providers.
- Service providers, this will auto populate as your company.
- Scheduled Date – this is the first date the technician was onsite for this work order.
- If you pick Scheduled Maintenance as your work order type, the following options will be available:
- Due Date – this is used to let users proactively know when the date of work is due, usually quarterly leak inspections.
- Work Scheduled – a brief description of the work done during the visit. May include type of service and appliance.
- If you pick Trouble / Problem Ticket as your work order type, the following options will be available:
- Priority – this has the drop-down options of High, Medium, and Low. It is up to the user to decide the Priority.
- Problem Description – a brief description of the work done during the visit. May include type of service and appliance.
6. Once you have entered all the Work Order Information details

- Click on the Create button to create the work order and return to the Work Order Page
- Click on the Create Work Order And Add Service Event to create the work order and continue to the Add Service Event Page.
