The GreenChill Data Supplement, located under Analytics > Regulatory > US Federal > GreenChill Data Supplement, provides an asset-level itemization of installed refrigerant and refrigerant emissions over a selected period of time. Designed as a companion to the EPA GreenChill export, it supports validation of the DATA ENTRY SHEET, specifically Section II (Corporate-Wide Installed Refrigerant) and Section III (Corporate-Wide Refrigerant Emissions). The report is available as a two-page tabular export.
Users define their dataset through required filters including Start Date and End Date (defaulting to year-to-date), Region/Division, Location, Location State, Asset Capacity, Asset Type, and Material Type, with tabular data refreshing as criteria are applied. Page 1, Installed Refrigerant, itemizes each asset's charge capacity for assets operational within the selected date range, while Page 2, Refrigerant Emissions, itemizes each material transfer performed for leak repair by service event. Both pages map records to the appropriate GreenChill column classification and display a summed total at the report footer.
