New features introduced in V4
- Create Subsystem for HVAC/R now available in V4 for existing inventory under the System Map tab
- Feature is permissions based and may not be visible to every user.
Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application
Enhancements
- UX improvements around in app error messaging, Add Comments usability, + Add Filter calendar window overlay and table widths.
- Added Material Type column to the Service Event tab under a Location view.
- User Permission Updates: An update in both V4 and V3 allows users in specific roles to reopen closed Work Orders. Following these updates, the reopen Closed WO permission is now available to all of the following user types:
- Super Tenant Admin (System Owner)
- Tenant Admin (System Owner)
- Regional Admin (System Owner)
- Technician Manager (System Owner)
- Tenant Admin (Contractor Lite) - NEW
- Technician Manager (Contractor Lite) - NEW
Bugs
- Update UI display on Service Events under Inventory to remove Service Event Leak Rate % calculations from showing as anything but 0% for Service Event Type Install.
- Fixed user permissions to allow User Type Technician Manager to add relevant files to the Documents tab under Location, Inventory or Work Order in V4.
- These permissions are consistent with existing V3 user level permissions.
- Approve work order button available for certain user types (Admins and Technician Manager) within a customer account, if a work order status reason = Requires Admin Approval
- These permissions are consistent with existing V3 user level permissions.
