Features

New features introduced in V4

  • Create Inventory (Multiple Cylinders at Once)
    • After completing Recovery or Virgin Cylinder required fields, users can now select Add Pre-Filled Form
    • The system will clone the cylinder and auto-fill most fields from the previous entry
    • Tag and Serial Number must still be entered manually
    • Auto-filled fields can be manually overridden before selecting the Create Inventory button

  • Account Details
    • Subscription Information is now visible to system owner Tenant Administrator users under Manage Your Account
      • Select View More to expand Subscription Information details and see metrics for:
        • Locations by Type & Assets by Type
      • Select Show Less to collapse the section

Enhancements

Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application

  • User Management
    • Added User ID as a filter and column option in the Manage Users table
    • System owner Tenant Administrator users can now Search for Locations on the Assigned Locations tab for users in their account

  • General Improvements
    • Record Refrigerant workflow updated — now available for small, medium, and large assets

  • Multiple Compliance Center tooltips refreshed for clarity
  • Workflow page removed from all accounts
  • New Users must now change their password on first login
  • Table updates for usability:
    • Manage System Managers
    • Manage Your Users
    • Inventory Detail History (Service Events / Material Transfers / Movements)
    • Location Detail (Service Events / Work Orders / Inventory)
  • Locations linked to Service Providers table updated, with new export ability

  • Rapid Cylinder Entry placeholder naming now mirrors final naming

Bugs

  • Work Orders & Service Events
    • Fixed Service Date formatting in tables (now short date format)
    • Corrected sorting issues in Service Events tables
    • Adjusted table filters to correctly include work orders and service events when an End Date is entered
    • Fixed data clearing issues in Site Leak Inspection
  • User Management
    • Fixed issue preventing editing of user types (blank field/dropdown issues)
    • Corrected ability for Tenant Administrators to manage/deactivate other Tenant Administrators
    • Fixed errors when changing user roles (e.g., promoting to Regional Admin)
    • Contractor Lite user permission adjustments
  • General
    • Fixed Edit Service Provider screen not loading in some accounts
    • Long text spilling into other columns on some exports has been resolved
    • Sitewide security improvements implemented

  • Analytics Updates

    • EPA Section 608 Report now includes the Trakref Asset ID field
