Bugs
Inventory
Fixed an issue where clicking "Add Comment" on an inventory record landed on the wrong tab; it now opens the Discussion tab directly.
Resolved a sorting bug so that Inventory table columns now sort correctly in both ascending and descending order.
Corrected data discrepancies by ensuring the Current Gas Weight and Max Gas Capacity columns in the Inventory table match the corresponding values on the Inventory Detail page for refrigeration, comfort cooling, and process cooling assets.
Enhanced validation rules on Install Date and Acquisition Date to prevent users from selecting a future date when creating new assets.
Fixed an asset closure bug, ensuring that decommissioning an appliance succeeds when the decommission date is set to the current date.
Resolved an inconsistency where the Global Search Inventory tab returned a different result count than the native Inventory module.
Service Events
Fixed a bug where editing a Work Order or Service Event would overwrite the original "Created By" and "Created On" metadata with the last-updated user and date.
Implemented strict transaction logic for Service Events to ensure an all-or-nothing save, completely preventing partial data updates when mid-save errors occur.
Resolved an issue where executing a Reverse Retrofit inadvertently disabled the original pre-retrofit asset's service history; this historical data is now correctly preserved upon restoration.
Service Providers
Refined Service Provider location access logic: provider users no longer erroneously retain access to a previous provider's locations after assignments change. Additionally, the Assigned Locations and Restricted Locations controls now correctly save and display settings when toggling between specific locations and "All Locations."
Fixed a data filtering flaw so that Global Search no longer returns restricted Work Orders to unauthorized Service Providers within customer instances.
Users & Accounts
Resolved a restriction to ensure email addresses associated with deleted users can be immediately reused for new accounts.
Documents
Restored document attachment capabilities for non-native system users.
Fixed an upload parsing issue to ensure the platform properly handles filenames that contain multiple dots.
Work Orders & Dashboard
Corrected status synchronization between linked records, ensuring a Work Order automatically updates and closes when its corresponding Service Event is marked Closed.
Resolved a UI rendering issue that caused a blank screen to appear when attempting to open a Work Order.
Fixed a persistent visual artifact where a table's column sort icon remained visible after navigating away from the page.
Analytics & Reporting
Restored the missing contextual tooltip on the primary Analytics landing page.
Fixed a timeout issue, allowing the EPA GreenChill report to generate successfully on extensive datasets without throwing an empty error toast.
Resolved backend refresh blocks to ensure data updates accurately and dynamically within leak inspection reports.
Login & Session
Resolved a session state bug so the login prompt overlay no longer displays to users who are already successfully authenticated.
Trakref Mobile Experience (PWA)
Fixed a data caching issue on mobile/tablet devices, ensuring the Max Gas Capacity value persists when creating a Cylinder even if form focus hasn't changed prior to submission.
Restored administrative access by adding the Cylinder "Edit" option back onto the PWA Inventory Detail screen.
Corrected field layouts within the PWA inventory creation wizard; default-required fields are no longer hidden behind "View More Fields," which previously triggered silent submission failures for Refrigeration, Comfort Cooling, and Process Cooling assets.
