Added LOCATION NAME filter when assigning locations to Service Providers to speed up selection.
Service Event workflow refinements
Record Refrigerant updated Repair Details. Removes leak-related questions so users can only document refrigerant added or removed in this service event type.
Site Leak Inspection UI improvements to labels and formatting on filters/asset cards and ensures inputs support the expected numeric formats (including decimals).
Restored the missing “Repair Attempted” status option for follow-up leak verification on service events.
Inventory & Cylinders
Added a dedicated Cylinders filter type in Inventory to make searching and filtering faster for Virgin and Recovery Cylinders.
Locations & Accounts
Added a one-time latitude/longitude calculation for existing locations to improve mapping accuracy and location-based behavior.
Improved account instance selection experience on “Select an Account”. Service provider users that service multiple accounts can now type to search for an account.

Security improvements were delivered to strengthen access controls and platform protection.

Email Alerts
Email alert hyperlinks updated to V4 embedded links in alert emails now route users to the correct V4 destination.
Service Events (Workflow, Editing, Validation)
Shutdown/Inactive assets prevented from becoming reactivated due to historical service entry.
Edit-screen accuracy and clarity fixes removes false validation indicators, corrects “Unknown Cylinder” spelling on edit, and ensures Retrofit Install Gas headers reflect the new material type.
Date and gas entry correctness updates future service-date messaging to match current-date validations, and prevents duplicate installed gas entries that can block edits.
Exports & Data Consistency
Service Events export reliability ensures CSVs match the filtered UI results and prevents blank exports when using filtering.
Export format alignment for analysis and UI parity makes Material Transfer weights export in a calculation-friendly numeric format and restores Material Class visibility in the Inventory list UI to match export data.
Inventory, Cylinders, and Table Components
Filtering, table behavior, and performance fixes restores expected filter behavior across cylinder tables, Material Transfers history, Related Assets serial number filtering, and regulation-based filtering so results reflect intended criteria.
Cylinder creation and data validation improvements prevent pre-filled forms from unintentionally carrying over hidden values, enforces Tag/Serial uniqueness, and ensures Max Gas Capacity persists on save.
Responsive layout stability keeps key form fields from disappearing when resizing the browser on cylinder movement/recycling workflows.
Locations
Correct formatting and relevant filtering displays Operation Date in date-only format and removes location-type filters that don’t apply to an account to reduce empty-result confusion.
Lifecycle correctness stops location deactivation from overwriting disbursement dates/statuses for already inactive/decommissioned assets.
Work Orders & Dashboard
Audit field integrity and consistent filtering ensures Work Order edits do not overwrite Created By/Created On and aligns dashboard Status Reason filtering behavior with the main Work Orders table.
Reports
Report formatting & output consistency
Chronically Leaking Appliance Report & Chronically Leaking 608 generated export display leak rates in percent format for readability.
Service Event Transaction Report & Service Event Transactions (All) aligned report outputs with UI responses for Was a Leak Found (Now = Yes/No; instead of True/False).
Analytics → Operational → History: Asset Attributes expands coverage so all relevant asset attributes/fields are included across asset types for report completeness.
