Trakref Mobile (Native Mobile App)

  • Configurable Messaging Framework — Added a configurable messaging framework to support contextual in-app messages in the native mobile app.

Inventory

  • Expandable Inventory Menu — Updated the Inventory popup menu to an expandable menu item. Workflow impact: Provides easier navigation across different inventory views.

  • Material Types & GWP View Across Inventory — Material types and Global Warming Potential (GWP) values are now visible across inventory in a view-only format. 

  • EPA AIM Act Rolling Method Leak Rate — Added the EPA AIM Act Rolling Method Leak Rate to relevant systems on the Inventory Detail screen, and included these values in the Inventory Export.

  • WA 365 Rolling Method Leak Rate — Added the Washington State 365-day Rolling Method Leak Rate to relevant systems on the Inventory Detail screen.

Service Events

  • Save for Later or Complete After Error — Users can choose to Save for Later or Complete a service event after an error occurs. Workflow impact: Prevents the loss of in-progress work when an error is encountered.

  • Improved Date Selection Field — Improved the Date Selection field across the Service Event workflow as part of the ongoing UI/UX refactor, featuring a one-click option to use "Today".

  • Site Leak Inspection Filter — Updated the Site Leak Inspection module to support multi-select functionality.

Admin & UI Improvements

  • User Role Selection Cleanup — Removed the "Add Purchasing Administrator" option from the Account Details > Manage Users > Add User flow. 

  • User Session Context — Restored valid user context after login. Workflow impact: Ensures that the user session state is preserved correctly upon logging in.

  • Table Dropdown Behavior — Improved dropdown behavior in tables across V4. Workflow impact: Provides more consistent selection and filtering within data tables.

  • Global Form Fields Style — Standardized the visual style across application form fields.

Compliance Center

  • Compliance Center Tooltip — Updated the EPA 608 tag tooltip on the Compliance Center > Assets by Applicable Regulation view.

  • Compliance Center Charge Threshold — Lowered the Compliance Center Charge Threshold from 50 lbs to 15 lbs across four tables.

Bugs

Unless noted, all bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application.

Inventory

  • System Registration Date Format — Fixed an issue where a timestamp was included under Inventory > System Registration. User impact: Effective Date and End Date are now cleanly displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format.

  • Rapid Cylinder Entry Placeholder — The system now automatically uses the serial number in the cylinder name placeholder when the tag field is blank.

  • Preferred Vendor Dropdown Sorting — Fixed the sorting order of the Preferred Vendor dropdown on the Add Location screen. User impact: Dropdown options are now sorted alphabetically.

  • Deleted Asset Security Restricting — Users can no longer access the asset details page for deleted assets via a direct URL.

Service Events

  • Service Event Modal Display Issues — Resolved the X (close) button overlap with titles on Recover Gas and Install Gas screens, infinite spinners on Leak Monitor Calibration return-to-Complete, blank-page displays on certain Beta service events, and a missing Edit option on Leak Monitor Calibration.

  • Record Refrigerant Availability — Record Refrigerant is now available for all equipment types where expected.

  • Tab Skipping Data Cleansing — Non-relevant fields are cleared when skipping tabs in service event creation, preventing stale data carryover.

  • Reverse Retrofit Partial-Execution — Fixed an issue causing incomplete operations in retrofit workflows. 

  • Location Details Filters — Net Gas Added and Per Occurrence Leak Rate % filters on the Location Details > Service Events tab now work correctly.

Admin & Account Management

  • Service Provider Layout — Restricted Locations and Assigned Locations fields now align correctly when editing a Service Provider.

  • Email Alerts Persistence — Assigned Email Alerts shown in the UI now persist to the database when saved on the Manage Email Alerts screen.

  • Regional Admin Regions — Regions added to a Regional Admin User now persist correctly on save.

  • Add User Dropdown Options — The ADD USER dropdown now shows the correct role options for Super Tenant Admin, Tenant Admin, and Technician Manager.

  • Edit Profile Validation Message — Fixed a missing warning alert on profile edits. User impact: Edit Profile now correctly displays the validation message for duplicate emails.

  • Assign Locations Region Radio Button — Assign Locations now correctly enables the Region radio button when assigning locations to Regional Admins.

  • Work Order Mobile Document Sync — Documents attached via the mobile app are now exposed during Create Work Order.

  • Work Order Dropdown Filter — Technician and Technician Manager users now see correct values (not blanks) when using the dropdown filter on the Work Order screen.

  • Service Event Export Follow-up Date — Fixed a date discrepancy found in tabular downloads. User impact: Service Event Export Follow-up Date now matches the UI value for Service/Leak Repair Events.

  • Global Search Customer Work Order — Global Search now returns accurate results when searching by customer work order.

  • Screen Printing Restoration — Restored the ability for customers to right-click and print all V4 screens.

Trakref Mobile Experience (PWA)

  • PWA Connection Loss Banner Handling — Fixed an offline navigation loop bug. User impact: The banner now disables the FexaTrakref logo while offline so the page no longer appears to load when there is no connection.

Email Alerts

  • EPA Leak Rate Trigger Rate Exceeded email alerts now dispatch correctly.

Reports

  • Service Event Transactions (All) Report — Now includes an Applicable Regulation filter and column.

  • Report Timestamping & Space Optimization — Added automated generation metadata and condensed row layouts. Output impact: Reports now display a date/time stamp showing when each report was generated; Section 608 report performance optimized; reduced unused space across analytics reports for a cleaner layout.

  • Asset Repair Summarization Report — Charge Capacity filter default max value now scopes properly to the current instance.

  • Refrigerant Use Report — Fixed mathematical discrepancies in material balances. Now shows the correct Installed Transferred Amount and Recovered Transferred Amounts.

  • CARB R3 XML Report — Region/Division filter now supports multi-select and restores the "All" and "No Associated Region" options.

  • Contact EPA – 608 Letter (Chronically Leaky System) — Now accurately displays systems, allows PDF export, and applies a corrected calendar-year leak rate calculation in the letter.

  • GreenChill Report — Fixed a tracking bug that overstated chemical usage metrics. No longer overstates refrigeration installs for R-422D.

  • Inventory Export (EPA AIM Act Rolling Leak Rate) — Exported "EPA AIM Act Rolling Leak Rate" values now match the UI value exactly, and the EPA AIM Act Rolling Method Leak Rate correctly reflects current values across the UI.

  • Power BI Reports — Power BI reports now load consistently in all environments.

  • Compliance Center Analytics — Compliance Center > Assets by Applicable Regulation now displays bar and count values correctly.
