- The following new reports have launched under Analytics in the Operational section:

- Service Event Transaction Report
- A comprehensive multipage report of service event details across your refrigerant containing and refrigerant monitoring assets that can be used to review or audit service event data

- Days to Enter Service Event
- A report to easily identify the amount of time between when a service visit occurred, and when the service event was entered. It can assist system owners or managers in managing how long it takes their service providers or technicians to enter service records

- The Chronically Leaking Appliance Report has also launched in Analytics under Regulatory in the US Federal section

- The new multiyear Chronically Leaking Appliances Report provides asset level detail for appliances that leak 125% or more of the full charge in a calendar year using the calendar year leak rate calculation and only displays appliances where the system hit, or exceeded, 125% in the selected calendar year

Enhancements
Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application

Bugs
