User permission updates for Contractor Lite roles:

- Added a Material Status dropdown to Install Gas screen in order to capture a status when transferring refrigerant from an Unknown Cylinder
- Added a Status of Recover Gas dropdown to Recover Gas screen to track where recovered gas from Unknown Cylinders was sent
- New columns and filters: Tag Number, Current Gas Weight, and Max Gas Capacity were added to the Inventory table for improved cylinder asset identification
- Service Events table on the Work Order Detail screen has been updated for better usability
Bugs
- Resolved issue where Technician Managers could not access Analytics
- Fixed error in EPA Section 608 export where some locations were missing data if no assets were present
