Features

New features introduced in V4

  • Trakref V3 will officially be retired on June 30, 2025

  • Two new reports have launched under Analytics in the Operational section:

  • Asset Repair Summarization Report
    • An asset report that provides leak duration information at the service record level and includes both pending and completed leak repairs

  • Assets Due For Inspection Report
    • A new leak inspection report that will only show you your active appliances with missed leak inspections during a selected year and date range

  • The new Leak Rate Report is now available under Analytics in the Sustainability section
    • Helps system owners track and analyze refrigerant loss, compliance and provides visibility into asset performance over time

  • Leak Monitoring Device - Link to Cooling Appliance
    • You can now link your cooling appliances to automatic leak detection devices for better tracking and compliance

 

Enhancements

Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application

  • Export Users
    • Functionality to export users to a CSV file has been enabled under Manage Users

  • Made several UI updates in multiple areas:
    • Inventory Details - Material Transfers & Movements subtables - Improved visual elements and consistency
    • Quick Actions - now have consistent sizing throughout the application
    • Service Events - Install Gas/Recover Gas button style has been updated
    • Entering a duplicate Work Order Number - users will now receive a clearer message when creating a new work order if they try to create a duplicate
  • Contractor Lite users (Service Providers) can now add service-related documents to work orders and assets


 

Bugs

  • Applicable Regulation fixes:
    • Compliance Center table is now displaying the correct column names, and the ability to export has been restored
    • CARB Applicable Regulation now reflects the correct threshold of >50 lbs instead of ≥50 lbs
    • EPA AIM Act & EPA Section 608 Applicable Regulations now consider proper regulatory requirements
    • Applicable Regulation filter in the Inventory table is now working correctly
  • Resolved errors that occurred when assigning users the Regional Administrator role
  • Addressed blank screen issue when viewing or editing the Leak Monitor Calibration service event
  • User Permission restriction updates for all users to ensure better control over access
  • Resolved issue where the Tag Number filter in the Inventory table wasn’t functioning as expected

Reporting

  • Report Updates
    • Calendar Year Leak Rate
      • Made improvements to the report to ensure accurate data on the net gas added for each calendar year
    • Leak Inspection report
      • Updated the leak inspection report to ensure all assets are included and reported properly
