New features introduced in V4

  • All Trakref accounts are now fully migrated and operating on the new V4 platform
  • The Service Event Transactions (All) report is now available under Analytics in the Operational section
    • A consolidated report version of the Service Event Transaction report that maintains the same format as the Service Event Transaction NO ALD report

Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application

    • Users can now export Leak Inspection and Service or Leak Repair events to PDF format

    • Strengthened session control and security for all user roles

  • Additional Fixes
    • Email alert updates now display the correct confirmation message
    • Fixed false duplicate warnings for Work Order Numbers
    • Deleted UI data no longer appears in global search results

Reporting

  • Legacy Report Cleanup
    • Many older reports previously available under BI Dashboard or Reports have been removed, as the transition to the Analytics section continues

  • Updated Reports in Analytics:
    • Asset Repair Summarization Report
      • Added Material Type as a filter and column
    • Assets Due for Inspection Report
      • Last Leak Inspection and Most Recent Leak Inspection fields have been renamed and clarified:
        • Now shown as Last Leak Inspection Before Start Date and Most Recent Leak Inspection (All-Time)
      • Fixed duplicate display issues related to Related Asset ID logic
    • Chronically Leaking Appliance Report
      • Horizontal scroll bar is now functioning

      • Expanded calendar year options are now available
