New features introduced in V4
- Account Administrators can now Manage you Location Classifications under Account Details.
- The Record Appliance Disposal tool is now live. The action and Appliance Disposals table can be found under Inventory on the left hand menu.

Enhancements
- Added the Work Order Number to the Service Event detail page.
- Some minor updates made to user type permissions, including:
- Enable multi select of Regions for Regional Administrator role. User Type Regional Administrator can now support more than one region.
- Update restrictions enabled for User Type Read Only. Tightened up restrictions specific to Work Order Quick Actions.
- Enabled cylinder creation for User Type Technician and Technician Manager.
- UI improvements around Leak Monitor Device creation and management.
- Added Material Type and Charge Capacity fields to the customize column option within the Work Order, Service Events page view.
- Added State field to the customize column option under both the Service Events and Inventory page views.
- Made various UI Improvements in-app messaging, search and navigation.
- Improved filter functionality under Manage Users. Add Filter for User Type will now show the exact match of User Type selected.
- Added Tooltip to EPA leak rate trigger rate % exceeded table with Compliance Center under "Critical Issues"
- Tooltip copy: The EPA leak rate trigger rate % exceeded table under the Compliance Center provides owners a snapshot of systems with a capacity of 50 lbs or more of any refrigerant type, that exceed the EPA leak rate for the appliance type. Appliance Type trigger rates under Section 608 are:
- Industrial process refrigeration (Process Cooling) - 30%
- Commercial refrigeration (Refrigeration) - 20%
- Comfort Cooling - 10%

The EPA leak rate calculation used is the calculation type within Trakref that is referred to as the EPA Method 1 Annualized - Since Last Service Event.
- Improved in-app response time on Edit and Delete actions.
Bugs
- Updated save function that was impacting Add Service under Work Orders quick action.
- Replaced missing table actions under Work Orders page.
- Fixed permission preventing a user from saving a Work Order comment under the Discussion tab.
- Restored the cancellation dropdown to allow users to Cancel a work order based on reason selected.
Reporting
Updates made to reports will be reflected in both V3 and V4 reports within either the BI Dashboard and Reports section.
- Quarterly Leak Inspection 2024 report logic updated to only consider leak inspection service events in status Work Complete or Closed. Service events in status Open are not considered as complete records, and therefore will be excluded from the report.

Calendar Year Leak Rate report conditional formatting updated to reflect in both the Calendar Year Leak Rate % and EPA Leak Rate % column. Conditional formatting is such that:
