New features introduced in V4
- Added a section under Inventory Details for Material Transfers. The Material Transfer table allows users to view and filter inventory/appliance level material transfer data. The table is similar to the Material Transfers page within the Inventory section of the right side menu, but when a user accesses this table through the Inventory Detail page the results in the table will only display transfers for the currently viewed inventory item.
- Enabled the Manage your regions and divisions page to administrators under Account Details. When accessed, users will be directed to the Manage Regions and Divisions page where they can view or edit the existing regions within their account.
Enhancements
Unless noted, all enhancements and bug fixes are specific to the Trakref V4 web application
- Improvements made to configurable columns to maintain User selected column customization beyond single session.
- Multiple enhancements made to improve the user experience within the Location Detail page, including:
- Added configurable column and + Add Filter to the existing Service Event Tab. Users now have the ability to drill down the Service Events data for an associated Location.

- Work Order ID within the Service Events table is now hyperlinked. Users are now able to navigate to the Work Order detail page to view full work order data.

- Added Facility ID to the Registrations table under the Location Detail page.
- Various UI improvements around in-app messaging and navigation
- Updated table name under Compliance Center Follow Up leak verification failed to Failed Leak Verification to better reflect the data results contained within the table. Also added in-app tooltip to provide users help in understanding the data provided in the table.
Tooltip copy: The Failed Leak Verification table under the Compliance Center provides owners a snapshot of service records where an Initial Verification or Follow Up Verification test failed
Records are only displayed if the asset associated to the record is Active, has a capacity of 50 lbs or more of any refrigerant type, and the service date of the failed verification is within 1 year of the current calendar date.
