Discussion feature enabled for Work Order and Inventory
- Use Discussion to add comment(s) to an attribute. Comments can be used to give additional information about an attribute, or to call attention through the use of tagging other team members.
- Within the Discussion tool, Users can tag other team members or link to inventory, work order(s), or service event(s).
- Record Appliance Disposal table and form introduced to assist users with documentation on the disposal of an appliance not managed in trakref, that contains less than 15 lbs (or 6.80389 kgs) of refrigerant.
- Material Transfers table enabled in V4 with improvements made to column customization and data filtering.

- Improved table pagination across multiple screens.
- Users can more easily navigate between data pages and customize how many results are displayed

- Navigation Breadcrumbs updated
- Breadcrumbs display session history and provide a map of the path taken by user to reach the current page.

Service Event Transaction Report No ALD
- This report was updated and expanded in Quarter 2 of 2024 to include all visible Service Event fields in the user interface related to Service Event types: Service or Leak Repair, Leak Inspection, Retrofit, Install, Shutdown/Mothball and Reinstall.
